What they won’t tell you about this
The staff was incredibly cooperative, and the dining experience was a highlight, with delicious meals served fresh and complimentary breakfast. Cleanliness standards were maintained throughout my stay.
The location is somewhat distant from key attractions, making it inconvenient for city explorations. Access issues with the door card needed repeated assistance from the front desk.

great staff , but breakfast could improve
The service was exceptional, especially from Rakesh Rajput in room service who truly made me feel welcome. The room was high quality with a stunning view of the mountains that enhanced my stay. I also appreciated the beautiful architecture of the building which added to the overall experience.
The breakfast had limited options.

Unexpected Warmth in Service
The lobby's friendly atmosphere greeted us, and the staff went above and beyond to keep the experience enjoyable. The sunset view from my room was simply stunning.
However, the air conditioning struggled to keep up during the night, making it hard to sleep. On a couple of occasions, my requests for extra towels were overlooked.

The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, but
the overall experience was disappointing. The room I stayed in needed maintenance, and the cleanliness could have been better. Breakfast options were limited, which was surprising for a hotel this size.

Decent option for a lightning stop in Jaipur with excellent value for money. The staff was friendly but seemed overwhelmed. Make sure to ask for essentials upon check-in, as they might not be in the room.

The housekeeping staff were thorough and prompt in their service, maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay.
Housekeeping response was slow, requiring multiple calls for assistance.

The room I stayed in was not well-maintained and seemed to lack the quality one would expect from a more reputable brand. The staff was nice but overly pushy, which made the experience uncomfortable. While I enjoyed the nearby attractions, the hotel itself did not meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness and service.

Despite the attractive building and comfortable room, the staff's rudeness overshadowed the experience. Meals were disappointing, with the food lacking freshness and quality. There was significant cleanliness issues in the bathrooms, with algae present, which made the stay uncomfortable. I couldn't recommend this place due to the overall lack of care in service and hygiene.

Had a great time with my friends visiting Amber Fort and the City Palace. The pool is nice for lounging, and the breakfast had a good variety. The staff was friendly, especially in the restaurant, making it a fun stay. Definitely recommend for a group trip.
One of the rooms we booked had trouble with the door card access, which was a bit annoying as we had to call the front desk often to let us in.

missingWrote a review on Feb 27fresh breakfastrelaxing poollack of mirrors
We really enjoyed our stay, especially the hot, fresh buffet breakfast and the relaxing pool area that was perfect for unwinding. Having access to a spa and wellness center was a nice touch, even if it wasn't operational during our visit. One small thing to note was the lack of extra mirrors in the room, but it didn't take away from our overall experience. 🌟
